How We Work
Our learning events are created and designed carefully to blend together a range of learning techniques that allow for individual learning styles. All course materials, exercises and case studies etc are based on up to date, real and relevant situations, experienced by participants in the workplace. The examples, exercises and language used in materials and events avoid the use of stereotypes or references that are not inclusive. The style of delivery enables maximum participation by delegates and encourages individuals to identify and plan for the changes they need to make to their behaviour in the workplace.
The policy and procedures developed by Owen Weaver are bespoke to the client and congruent to the client's own culture.
All development activities provided by us will deliver real business benefits to the client, and appropriate criteria are identified between us and the client that enable a return on the investment in training to be measured.
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and take steps, wherever possible, to conserve energy and resources, including recycling, and to reduce our carbon footprint.
