Personal data about clients, gathered in the course of business, will not be disclosed or sold to any third party. Discussions between delegates attending courses provided by us, or arising from preparatory meetings, or post-training reviews, will be kept in the strictest confidence and will comply with the client’s own in-house policies, regulations and working practices. Written authorisation will be sought from the client for the use of feedback material in future promotional material.
