To achieve this the company will work closely with clients to agree standards in all aspects of the service, including: the overall quality of events; the quality of the exercises set and learning materials delivered; the quality of the relationship with the client and any other relevant stakeholders.  The quality of learning interventions will be monitored by using feedback from delegates and clients, using methods which include regular project review meetings with clients and post event review forms from delegates.  Every effort will be made to resolve any issues or problems that may arise between the company and its clients as promptly as possible. Meetings will be arranged with representatives of the client at agreed stages throughout the contract period to report on progress and to discuss any opportunities for improving the service or its cost effectiveness.

All development activities provided by Owen Weaver Limited will deliver real business benefits to the client.  Appropriate criteria will be identified between the client and the company that enable a return on the investment in training to be measured.  Such criteria will include: immediate post-event evaluation to gauge satisfaction with the learning process, facilities, tutor and learning methods; participant and line manager evaluation three months after the training, focusing on assessing the extent to which the learning has been applied in the workplace and any action plans implemented (a sample of this information could be gathered from line managers and used to inform the quarterly review meetings); evaluation by the participant and line manager on an annual basis to measure the extent to which the training has been translated into improved performance of the participant and the resulting impact on the organization (a sample of this information could be gathered to inform the review meetings).
